UK Deliveries

• Pallet Deliveries - Fagan & Whalley
  The lead time for pallet deliveries is 3 to 5 working days. Our courier company will contact you prior to delivering your goods to agree a time that is convenient for you. Someone will need to be at the address at the time the delivery is made, the driver will help unload the goods, but they will not assist with breaking down the pallet or taking this into your home.

• XDP Overnight
  Available for orders from 30 - 50kg.
  XDP deliver between 9am and 5pm the following day.
  If it is more convenient, you can specify an alternative delivery address (e.g. a work address) when you get to the Checkout.
  This service requires someone present to sign for the parcel upon receipt. If no one is available to sign for the item, you will be required to contact the courier (a card will be posted through your door with contact details) to arrange redelivery.

• XDP Premium Services
  We also offer XDP premium services including, 9AM, 10.30AM, AM, and SAT.
  Additional charges are applicable for these services, see delivery options at the Checkout for details.

• Dropship Deliveries

 For deliveries of inverters, mounting rails and solar accessories please allow for 5 working days.

European Deliveries outside the UK

Delivery options for European addresses outside the UK:

• Pallet Deliveries - Fagan & Whalley
  The lead time for pallet deliveries into the EU is 5 - 7 working days. All delivery costs for this service are POA, so please contact us for further details.

• Dropship Deliveries

• Parcel Deliveries - Geodis
  Available for orders over 1.5Kg, to the following European countries:
