Next day delivery
Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding public and bank holidays) are to be dispatched on the next working day.

I require a VAT invoice
For customers who require a VAT invoice, please login to your account here and follow the options to view your orders and print VAT invoices.
What if I’ve ordered the wrong item?
Please contact our customer services team ASAP. We may be able to stop the order from being dispatched. If an order has already left the warehouse you will be required to return it at your cost.
What are the delivery options?

To arrange a return of item(s) please contact our customer services team. (link to contact form)
In the event of faulty/damaged goods or an incorrect delivery on our behalf we will arrange to collect the items. In all other circumstances, the customer shall be responsible for the return postage/courier charges.
Solar Panel PVT cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. Therefore we recommend customers get a certificate of their posting order from the Post Office or courier.
For items returned for any reason other than a product fault or mistake on behalf of Solar Panel PVT, the cost of goods will be refunded provided it is received in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging.
Returns and Refunds

Most items we sell are covered by our 30 day money back guarantee, therefore customers should return unused items to us in their original undamaged packaging. Please include your order number for a full product refund within 5 working days.

Solar Panel PVT cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. Therefore we recommend customers get a certificate of their posting order from the Post Office or courier.
If there is a fault with the item(s)
Please let us know within 30 days and we will pay for the return cost and repair, or replace or refund your purchase.
If a fault occurs within the first six months of purchase and it is not due to wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse, Solar Panel PVT will repair the product. If we are unable to do this we will offer a replacement.
